Thank you for suggestions, but I am keeping the list to movies dealing with population as a subject.
Blade Runner - deals with Replicants (droids) and their killings.
Equilibrium - this comes near, but is does not deal with population, just their emotions.
Man of Steel - I don't know. It is superman but that is it.

Here's a list of movies and TV shows tagged with "overpopulation" and "population control." This might help you.
Overpopulation:
https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=overpopulation
Population Control:
https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=population-control
You can restrict to feature films using the "Refine" feature or you could add TV shows too since you don't seem to have many options for the poll.
Good luck. :)

I looked at that first thing before publishing the list, but not many popular titles there. Thanks anyways, I might change the criteria to include some relevant titles.

This is a good guideline but I think you mean a minimum of 1,000 votes.

There's a lot of overlap between this poll and a poll I did a few years ago so feel free to mine this older one for movies that fit: https://www.imdb.com/poll/wnNZ-Sn3UfM/?ref_=po_ti
You already have a lot of them like 'Children of Men,' and you may have all the relevant ones but, just in case there's a good one that you don't have, feel free to peruse. I went through it myself to look for suggestions but I haven't seen all of the movies so I may have missed one or two that would work. : )

Quite an extensive list of Natural Disaster and Post Apocalyptic movies. I have added 2 more to the list. Blade Runner (1982) from your poll and Dredd (2012).
They are themed around the topic.

Congratulations. :D
That was a pretty tough decision. I was tempted to pick Endgame, but when it comes to realism, I would rather pick a more realistic scenario. So I had a few candidates and voted for Fortress, because I still remember that this was one of the first movies of that kind, which had a deep impact on me. I was pretty much younger and it invited me to suffer with the main characters. The question what's humanity is a deep motive.
