None of them are really among the worst movies. When I saw the subject heading of this topic, I immediately thought of stuff like Troll, Chud, D&D and Ed Wood's work, which are four different flavors of respectable "bad". I didn't bother to check how these are rated on IMDb before bringing them up.
Like I said in the description, these are the movies that won the Razzie Award.

NoPantsBatmanTM, you should maybe rename the poll to "Best Razzie Winner", to make it absolutely clear that you're going by their opinion.
I chose that title because it has more impact, and I think it has finesse. Also, I didn't put the title your suggested (it did cross my mind) because I tried to be clear about the true intent of the poll in the description.
How about 'Best Worst Movie from Razzies'? :/
Idk... Saving Christmas is an absolute piece of garbage; think it very well could be the worst film ever made in every conceivable way.
