Which film that goes by the title of "Black Sheep" do you prefer?

Might be kind of a pointless poll because the movies are completely unrelated, but their relative ratings/number of votes make it tough to predict which would win.

Unsure if I should also include Bad Company (2002), because they list 'Black Sheep' as an alternate title, but when I looked it up it seems that Black Sheep was a working title rather than an alternate.

I'm torn. I have a crush on David Spade......but I associate Black Sheep (2006) with nostalgic feels because it was my first experience renting a horror film.  After being exposed to The Omen against my will and loving it, I went to the video rental place and of all the options, my disturbed 10-year-old self chose zombie sheep...  But the movie itself was nothing memorable.
