He is not afraid of being hurt because he is kind of immortal, but this doesn't necessarily mean that he can't be defeated...

It's tough either way ;)

Seems like Wade, being a mutant, definitely has the advantage over Beatrix. She might secretly have some kind of 氣 derived from 禪 from her training, though.

My opinion is that the bride cann't kill Deadpool but she can defeat him and then because she is very tired of beating him over and over again, Deadpool can take her chance and kill her.

I like this one. The Bride's rage is fierce and, while generally not a helpful trait in real life, would probably propel her past Deadpool.

It will be an interesting duel, because while you said that her anger is fierce and for this you have to be kind of serious, in other hands Deapool is a relaxed guy who makes jokes even in tense moments...
