I found Nathalie Delon and Katharine Houghton also got their feature film debut in 1967. But since they did not had a career so good as the eleven names I've included they probably have no chance of being competitive options.

Congrats Pencho. For me, this comes down to Hopkins vs. Mirren. I feel like this will be the overall consensus on this one. They both started relatively slow (weren't huge stars out of the gate), both did a lot of theater and became their most famous and won Oscars later in their careers. Most of the other options got big and flamed out, while Hopkins and Mirren just keep going up and up.

Hopkins is taking the poll easily with over 50% of the votes. I suppose his role as Hannibal has something to do with it, but I expected it closer.
For me the decission was between Hoffman and Voight, because they have managed to have important and iconic roles in practically every decade since their debut, and holding a sucessful career for so long is quite a feat. Even today, Voight is an essential character in Ray Donovan and Hoffman remains active with at least 2 projects each year.
I voted for Hoffman because I liked his individual roles better in a face off
