Ed,
My vote:
Gunsmoke (1955–1975)
I'm somewhat surprised that Daniel Boone was filmed at the Kanab Movie Ranch.
The Historic Daniel Boone Home is located at 1868 Highway F, Defiance, MO 63341. The nearly 300 acre site includes The Historic Daniel Boone Home, adjoining Village historic site, and surrounding property. The County continues to operate the Village complex, including the Boone Home, as a tourist site.

My surprise was F Troop. The top photo kind of looks like Fort Courage. That is if you can extrapolate the outside to the interior.

Ed,
F Troop was effectively Borscht Belt humor translated to TV sitcom version of the Wild West. The series has the feeling that it was filmed at a Catskill resort.
