Signs-Water. Probably the biggest problem of the movie too.

Never understood why people had so much problem with that plot trait. It is a bit of a trademark for Shyamalan to have water as an omnious weakness, so it was something to be expected and it's not like it does not make sense: it's basically a variation of what we see in War of the Worlds (2005) based H.G. Wells' novel and I rarely hear people complaining about that.
It is possible, if you think about it, for an alien creature to not reveal one's weakness of water, as they might percieve as a hostile environment with a mere sight of it and will avoid it on purpose. Plus, humidity might not affect them as much the same way as concentrated chemicals will kill or harm people immediately, but will cause damage much more slowly when intermixed with atmoshpere.

For me it is a problem because they invade a planet that is 80% water. The whole movie loses its sense of danger because the villain's vulnerability is so easily exploitable.
Not sure if the vacuum of space is a mortal weakness to Xenomorphs. That once the alien has been sucked out into the vacuum of space? Given the laws of physics? It can't swim (propel) its way back into the ship.
Don't forget sunlight for Dracula.
Not sure that Infrared Vision is a weakness. It's a flaw that can be manipulated by the prey.

The Aliens of 'Alien' also weren't bulletproof. They shot them to pieces. And avoided to get in touch with their acid-blood.
