I'm such an Evil Dead buff, that my first reaction to that second shirt was remembering the fact that the photograph is actually from the set of Evil Dead II.
I specifically re-checked on definitive Book of the Dead website (one of my all-time favorites and a great filmmaking inspiration) and yes, it totally is.

Don't mind me asking but what is it with you and horror movies? :)
not to get psychoanalytical, but my parents were crazy strict and wouldn't let me do anything that most normal people would do, so I'd be all like:
can I go to my friend's house for dinner?"and they'd be like
no, she dyed her hair black which means she isn't 'going places' now start packing for ur 8th consecutive year of summer bible camp, non-believer"and then I'd be like
okay well can you take me to Video Difference tonight so I can rent Cannibal Holocaust?"and they'd be like
of course sweetie"..it literally made no sense. horror movies were the only thing I was allowed to do that some of my friends with chill parents weren't even allowed to, so it was kind of my one source of empowerment and freedom. It was also the only hobby I had that was entirely my decision to partake in (unlike the 20+ extracurriculars they enrolled me in over the years). I also made a large number of horror movies from the age of about 11-15 and wanted to be a director (still do).
And last but certainly not least, watching people have their loved ones murdered makes me feel better about my own life

Thanks man! I'm not pursuing the dream yet, because I'm scared of being homeless with no backup plan if I fail. After school I'm gonna do private practice so I can work a minimal # of hours and that's when I'm gonna start. My first horror movie that I planned is loosely inspired by my life so I'm gonna take a stab at writing the script, but if it sucks/or if I have other ideas & still have a way of contacting you, I literally will let u know
