Oh, also, not really one of my favourite shows, but worthy of inclusion:
Seeley Booth (FBI) & Dr. Temperance Brennan in Bones.

Blindspot (2015) - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4474344/mediaviewer/rm3230409728

Added Blindspot. Dexter actually is loosely connected to the police. He has a police ID but no badge.
Thanks.

Thanks.

Dexter is a blood-spatter analyst, who works for the police such as "Castle", for example, has a police ID too.....but it's ok!!!! ;-)

Currently, the question is a bit awkwardly worded. Also, remove the unnecessary capitalization. Maybe try... "Which one of these pairings of a TV series police officers with a civilian partner is your favorite?"
Better yet, remove police officers and replace the term with law enforcement officer. FBI agents are not police officers.
Can you explain or reword "Pairing of pairings of partners on either side acceptable[?]"

Can you explain or reword "Pairing of pairings of partners on either side acceptable[?]"Dyslexic fingers!
Actually it covers the pairing of two non cops with one cop or visa versa. It is meant to be cutesy and make one laugh.

That's Holmes and Watson. Neither is a Cop = Law Enforcement.
Stranger Things I'm not familiar with. Who is the cop? Who is not?

Do you mean the guy in the police uniform?
David Harbour... Police Chief Jim Hopper
Though Winona Ryder's Joyce Byers does her own investigations in Stranger Things, it might be a stretch to consider her his civilian partner.

Ed, Police Chief Jim Hopper & Joyce Byers sometimes work together to solve the problems but also, other times search for a solution each one by their own...Maybe aren't exactly such a partnership...Stephen Atwood has a point!!
