I still find it difficult to consider V For Vendetta a Superhero movie but it is one of my favorites. The first Avengers is another.

Unbreakable (2000) will always get my vote. Whole Shyamalan Eastrail trilogy is great, to be honest.

Of that list I'd say it's a three way tie between Endgame, Spider-Verse and Superman.
Personally I'd remove Blade, V and Dredd - not superhero movies to my taste. I'd take off Spider-Man 2, Batman Begins and X-Men 2 for quality reasons and replace with Ant-Man, Spider-Man Homecoming and Dark Knight Rises.

I think it's a very good list, and it represents the popularity of Superhero films well.
(There are a few on the list that I personally disliked; but I know these titles were also generally well received by the public.)
IGN is one of my main go-to resources for superhero related information.
Edit: My favourite isn't on the list, but my 2nd favourite (and probable landslide winner) is, so that will be my vote.
No need to name it.

IMDbmember, I can agree that Dredd (2012) is a borderline case, but character is always considered exceptional even by the standards of his own setting.
