The Wizard of Oz is such a revered classic, I've probably seen it more times than any of the others on this list. One of the greatest childhood memories no doubt, a film that totally swept you away with its fantastical setting, set pieces and characters.
I've seen all but The Great Escape though I plan on seeing it soon. Supposed to be excellent. Thanks for the vote!

It is between Das Boot (1981) and Lawrence of Arabia (1962) for me.
Nice UM, yet to see either but both are on the watchlist - Lawrence of Arabia is intimidating to venture into (that run time coupled with the sheer scope of it, want to be really ready to view it...)
