"Silent Night" is so beautiful. Along with "Little Drummer Boy," it's my favorite. Sinead O'Connor does a hauntingly lovely performance of it.

I will nominate Adam Sandler's The Chanukah Song from SNL and Eight Crazy Nights fame. It is on the movie's soundtrack if you need a title. Not necessarily my favorite, but feel it deserves to be in the mix.
