Nice list.

Corrections:
#3: Undead villains (Witch King and Night King) who are supposed to be unbeatable are killed by women (Éowyn kills the Witch King/ Arya kills the Night King).

#4: In both cases it has been said that the villains (Witch King and Night King) can not die. ''No man can kill him'', meaning that a woman will and ''no one can kill him'', meaning that Arya will because she was named 'No one'.

#6: Battles where the heroes are surrounded by the villains and then got rescued from 'above' (eagles help Aragorn and his army/ Daenerys and her dragons help Jon Snow).

#8: Dragons burn towns and kill innocent

#10: Councils where the fate of the world must be decided against evil (the council of Elrond where the One Ring is shown and the Great Council where the undead is shown).

#20: Two big battles at the final act (Battle of the Pelennor Fields and the battle in Black Gate/ the battle of Winterfell and the Battle of King's Landing).

Also, the fellbeasts that the Nazgûl rode were not dragons, so maybe you should change #17 (Villains riding dragons) to "Villains riding great winged creatures", or something similar.

Thanks.
Since you are also including the Hobbit trilogy, you should mention that in the intro:
There are many similarites between Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies ...

Another typo in #9: Smaug and Rhaegal.
