Live Poll: Most Gorgeous Vampire

In popular folklore, vampires were undead beings that often visited loved ones and caused mischief or deaths in the neighborhoods they inhabited when they were alive. They wore shrouds and were often described as bloated and of ruddy or dark countenance. In the 19th century, vampires were commonly portrayed as gaunt and pale.

Nowadays, they usually don't look so scary anymore. In fact, Hollywood's idea of modern vampires is often quite appealing.

I don't think you need two different actors who played one role in different movies (Lestat). I would drop Cruise as his casting was/is decisive.

hey leavey-2...glad you like the suggestions...

as far as pictures go, i would just recommend simple pictures of marc and rick off of imdb...or even the cover of the vhs or dvd...but i know you guys have to get them from specific places, so i'm not exactly sure where you guys have to look...jen seems to be good at those things...she may be willing to help...

I'm currently taking into consideration all your suggestions, and there are many! Therefore I would appreciate the board's view on the following 2 options:

a) keep one list and select the 35 best suggestions, alternating men/women

b) make two poll suggestions: 1) Most Gorgeous Male Vampire and 2) Most Gorgeous Female Vampire

Thanks to both of you. I have uploaded the pictures so tomorrow they will probably appear on the website. The problem with pictures from the internet is often that they don't meet the minimum requirements of IMDb (min. 50 KB) which is often the case with images from older movies/series but with a little photoshopping I managed to fix this ;-)
