A B movie is a low-budget commercial movie. In its original usage the term identified films intended for distribution as the less-publicized bottom half of a double feature (akin to B-sides for recorded music). The production of these second features ceased by the end of the 1950s. To this day the term B movie continues to be used in its broader sense. Nowadays they represent a particular genre. The primary interest is prurient and many B movies display a high degree of craft and aesthetic ingenuity. (Source: Wikipedia)

In May 2014, Paste Magazine published a list of The 100 Best “B Movies” of All Time. This is the Top 35 (TV Movies and Videos are excluded). Which B movie is your favorite? Or, which one seems the most fascinating?

I haven't seen any, but I'd choose to watch Foxy Brown.

The Room's meta score cracks me up: I had never seen one so low. That single digit really makes the score even more noticeable, lol. I have to admit that it piques my interest a bit but Foxy Brown will get my vote.

I never knew how the term "B movie" originated so thanks for the good intro.

I feel like my response to watching The Room would be like the audience in The Disaster Artist. The two movies side-by-side had me laughing. Bring on the bad acting, the overacting from Tommy Wiseau, being lost as to what the movie's plot is, the camera angles. That being said, I'm going with The Incredible Shrinking Man.
