My vote: The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)

Just for your information because it's not a movie, but one of the best tv-series of this season is Hotel Beau Séjour (2016). I can recommend it to everybody. It's on Netflix.

I removed Psycho. Jen did another horror-themed hotel poll, so I only kept the movies where you have a 'normal' use of a hotel,

Ah too bad. My favorite film on the list is undoubtedly Some Like It Hot (1959) but since you're asking for most MEMORABLE use of a hotel, I'll go with The Hangover (2009).

'Good list and idea for a poll. 'Some excellent films on the list and definitely memorable uses of hotels. Lost in Translation is one of my favorite films but I never realized, until I saw it on this list, how much the hotel is almost a character in that film.
