Wouldn't Group Captain Mandrake or Gen Turgidson be the leads in Strangelove?From what I remember about the film, this is mostly a tour-de-force for Peter Sellers since he not only play the title character, but two major characters. From that perspective, Dr. Strangelove is at least the titular character.
