Great movie (Star Wars: A New Hope).  Shame Disney own movie 2020. I think it should stay with 20th Century Fox forever.

What about the prequels? Force Awakens recovered the saga and The Last Jedi is the best since Empire Strikes Back. Rogue One is good as its own way.

Well I like Star wars and the Empire Strikes Back the most. The whole project started inside George Lucas' s mind. Rogue One is interesting. I ejoy the other movies.

I consider Empire to be a superior movie, but I had to vote for A New Hope. You can't have one without the other (and ANH is a great ride, in any case...).

For me, the best Star Wars films are, in this order: 1st A New Hope (1977); 2nd Empire Strikes Back (1980); 3rd The Last Jedi (sadly very underrated in the votes); 4th Return of the Jedi (1983); 5th The Force Awakens (2015); 6th Rogue One (2016); 7th Revenge of the Sith (2005); 8th Attack of the Clones (2002); and 9th The Phantom Menace (1999). I would put the animation films scattered around the 4th and the 9th places.
