I gotta give this one to Coco (2017). Pixar has made maybe their best film yet with this energetic, colorful and awesome adventure!

Great, I have seen 7 out of 10. My vote goes to Blade Runner 2049

Nice Pencho, I've seen 7/10 too but haven't seen BR2049 yet.
Thanks for the vote.

How old r u, kyle? That foto looks like about 1952.??
Be that as it may, I now hate IMDB, because they don't list reviews chronologically. If they don't like a review, it gets hidden somewhere on page 6.., etc.

Scarlet,
My GS profile pic isn't of me - it's a still image of Paul Walker's character (Skip Martin) from the 1998 film "Pleasantville". But yes, the premise of the film is that the main characters are zapped into the titular town which is supposed to mirror a 1950s environment, hence the more old school look to the picture.
As for me, I'm 20 years old and am too annoyed with the surge in IMDb changes, many of which I haven't found too helpful. Hopefully, the new year brings a better future going forward for the site.

You should update the list. Change it into "as of January 1st"

Hoekkie,
How come? If it's for 2017, wouldn't that not be necessary?

I think the year should be over when you ask for the best of 2017. After December 19 there are movies released. I think it’s more honest to make this poll a few months after 2017 is finished. That’s why I think you should keep updating this list.

Thanks Hoekkie for the advice - for now, I will change it to "As of Dec 31, 2017" just because that technically marks the end of 2017 films.
