Embarrassingly, I've only seen a few from the list and haven't seen many that I've wanted to. This reminds me to watch some that I've been meaning to. I do quite like Orphan Black, though, so that would get my vote as of right now; 'great series.Oh, and nice poll!
I've only seen 3 myself, started watching a 4th today. It seems like a really good list of suggestions though, so I'll be working on it one show at a time. :)

"Is" is referring to "which," not "series," so it is definitely "is." "Of these 21st century sci-fi series" is a detail clause so if you take it out of the sentence, you'd still have a complete sentence: Which is your favorite? (Whereas if you removed "which," it would not be a complete sentence: that's how you can tell to what word "is/are" refers.) It would be incorrect, of course, to say, "which are your favorite?" 'Hope that helps. :)

This list has inspired me to watch several shows that have been on my "to see" list but that I had still not seen. I saw two episodes of Sense8 and two episodes of Westworld, so far, and thought all episodes were really good. Thanks for motivating me. :)

It's not technically my list because I found it on a media site (and their choices seemed pretty thought out). It's actually inspired me to pursue more of these shows also.
