Creative suggestion!  I'd like to see Knives Out.
LOL don't wanna get personal but just had a "break-up" about a week before Valentines Day.  :D

Ah, Nia, unless you're happy about it, I'm sorry that you just went through a break-up. They can be the worst and Valentine's Day doesn't help. On the other hand, break-ups can be great, especially in hindsight for me. I hope that things resolve in whatever way you'd like them to. : )

And I agree that this is a creative suggestion.

NIA, it's not that I did not notice your post, but I figured that Valentines Day might make him see the error in his ways and make up with you....
Crossing my fingers for you.

There are so many really good movies on the list and a couple of my favorites are on there, including Silence of the Lambs, which is a film that has helped me brave many break-ups, as well as a lot of relationships, lol. It's a great film plus there's virtually no romance in it so it distracts me from all the love stuff. : )  (My other favorite film on the list is Pulp Fiction but that even has a little romance that I like to avoid when wanting to watch "Valencrime" Day movies.)

I love 'Bugsy' but I would never watch that one is I were nursing a broken heart: I think of it more as a love story than a crime movie. I'm surprised that it's not categorized as a "romance," as well.

Anyway, I think this is a great poll: creative idea, good and relevant films, a great question and a humorous intro. I also love this the link-back sentence, lol. Oh, and this year I'm going to use the term "Valencrime Day" (and cite you as the source, of course). : )

I noticed two typos, specifically "your" twice when you mean "you." The edits are in bold below:

What crime movie makes you forget about love best?

Or movies to watch when your significant other just became not so significant!

When you recover from that broken heart, please vote and commiserate here.
