Hi Kamar (AKA kamarararat),
Thank you for making the edits so quickly.
I noticed that you have captions for some of the character, such as Carmine Falcone. I recommend that you do this for all of the character in your poll, including the ones that may be obvious to fans of "Gotham". When characters have an alias, I recommend you include those also, such as:
Bruce Wayne / Batman

Further to Dan's suggestions, two things, from someone who has watched the show...
In this Origins story, Bruce doesn't actually "become" Batman except in the flash forward portion of the Series Finale Episode. You may prefer to therefore just caption David Mazouz' character as "Bruce Wayne."
Similarly, Jeremiah Valeska is never explicitly referred to as the Joker, and many consider him more of a "proto-Joker" who will at some point in the future "inspire" the real Joker.

In fact I captioned all the pictures, but now that you mentioned it I checked back and saw that most of them are missing. It must have been deleted when I saved the list.

I think that with “the last scene of the last episode of the last season” we can call him Batman as well.
For Joker, I had captioned it in a way that I think you might find correct, I’ll recaption them now.

Pertwee's Alfred is pretty excellent, eh? He's on par with Michael Caine in The Dark Knight Trilogy, and those are some pretty big shoes to fill.
Even an actor of Jeremy Irons' calibre has not succeeded. (Snarky comment against the DCEU #837 from me.)
I'd probably vote for Lord-Taylor's Penguin though. Great performance in that show.
