1/2 of the movies of this list were made in1996. The first Top 250 was created in 1996, these movies were trending so they had a high rating.

There are only 3 titles left from 1996 in the Top 250 right now.

I've only seen 4 of the titles on the list.

Babe is the worst of those I've seen... although they are some seriously cringeworthy-looking titles on there like "Cheech & Chong's Next Movie" (WTH??) and "Bad Taste".
