Where did you find historical information about the bottom 100? I know where to get it for the top 250, but the bad films list has always been neglected in this aspect and it's not so easy.

I was thinking to make the list with only the titles having at least 10,000 votes. That way we can use the poll for future use.
The current criteria to make it to the IMDb Bottom 100 list says:

Being at the top (#1) of the IMDb Bottom 100 list means,
The film is the worst of the worst.
The IMDb Bottom 100 #100 is better movie than IMDb Bottom 100 #1 movie. The list is sorted in that way.

I don't think it as clear as you think it is. But, I do understand your point to some degree, but had to guess. Regardless, I am pretty sure your point is not universally understood. I would add a more detailed explanation if you want to keep it that way and/or be clearer. I was confused and think others will be too, even though I understood the point you were trying to make. I think at least 80%-67% of poll takers might understand that is your point, but at least 20%-33% will guess the other way. If you are fine with a fifth or a third voting the opposite, leave the question and title as is, otherwise be clearer.
I am still unclear whether this is an all-time or current list, as you use topped and #1. I think it actually is a current list, but when you use topped and #1 it implies it is an all-time historical list of movies that held the very last spot on IMDb at one time.
Additionally, top and worst/bottom are not synonyms and should not be used together. By using top and bottom/worst together, it is essentially like using a double negative like don't never.

I had to watch 'Disaster Movie' for a class and it was truly awful: watching it was one of the most difficult assignments that I've ever had to do. I haven't seen any of the others on the list (thank you, Metacritic and IMDb) but I'm confident that 'Disaster Movie' is bad enough to receive my vote. 'Good "bad" poll, Dibby. : )
