Poor English ruining the IMDB site!

It's time IMDB employed sub-editors (not just fact checkers) to filter through the user generated content - especially the trivia 'Did You Know?' Sections. It's my favourite part of the site but the ever decreasing standards of English language, grammar and punctuation are really starting to ruin the experience.

I find it hard to imagine that the bigwigs at such a massive and important internet brand haven't noticed this already but it just keeps getting worse. The whole world uses IMDB, don't they have a standard to uphold in keeping with that position?

I'd have to add a small correction or expansion to your comment.  I believe it is 'poor English grammar' that is polluting the site. I, too, have noticed an increase in the use of poor grammar. We can't help the use of poor grammar within someone's editorial, but there are other areas of the site where poor grammar and punctuation seem to becoming the norm.
