I was wondering why on my page there is no poster on some of the work I did, but there are posters on that page, and other people who worked with me have those posters on there page. How do I get it on my page.
It should happen automatically. Is your page new or did it undergo a merge or other changes recently? How long has it been this way? It could be that it just hasn't all processed fully.
You'd only get guesses unless you can point out the pages your talking about. Got links?
Thanks, so in the "Known for", the posters of the projects I worked on don't show in mine but do in the other poeple's page, it's has been like this for years, and I have been trying for years to get some answer to this, it baffles me so, I was just curious to why this is happening and how can I get them on my "Known for"
But the gist is, there is nothing you can do to create or change it. It's part of the search function of the database designed to assist users in searching for information. So if you use "credited with" function, for example, you type in the name. If you type in Robin Williams, there will be about 20 or so of them. The function will use "known fors" and indicate next to the name, "Good Will Hunting," and you'd say, "Ahh...that's the one I want" and click it. It'll show information for that person specifically, not all the 20 Robin Williams'.
For the name pages, it selects your "known for" titles based on those pages most often accessed by users, and other factors. Then there needs to be at least two with posters in order for them to be displayed.
So to your page, again, I can't say what's going on as you don't indicate what page it is. But if you visit the link above, you might be able to figure out why they don't display.
You need to have at least 5 eligible titles and at least 2 need posters to trigger display.
It could be the issue is:
However, if not enough 'Known For' titles have an image, that section is
not displayed (this is done to prevent the display of a section that
would feature mostly empty content/placeholders instead of posters)
