We just launched a new free service for this, please see -> https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/new-feature-free-title-images

We are also still making changes to the visibility of the service on IMDbPro.  In your specific case, if you click on the "Photos" link in the "Media" menu this will take you to -> https://pro-labs.imdb.com/title/tt5475488/photos where you can upload a poster and other images.   We recommend that you upload the poster on its own first and wait for it to be approved before uploading other images.  This will ensure that the poster is used as the primary image for your title and not a random one from all of the photos.

Alternatively you may upload from the link in the photos section on the IMDb consumer site at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5475488/

All of my initial poster images have been uploaded and show on the credit page, however in my watch list the image still shows the grey default filmstrip image.
Do I just need to wait longer?

I find this mind-boggling.  You are now offering a free film image/poster service but are not making it clear as to how to achieve an upload of an image.  One of my films for example is the newly completed Speed Love (2016) and I see no way to upload an image to display in the Grey Empty Square.  I have other titles too which I would like to have a poster image on, but it seems impossible to achieve this.  Please, please, can someone explain how to do this?  As a pro member for quite some years, I must say the site seems to be quite a labyrinth of impossibles.  After hours of flicking for one subject and question to another, I end up back in the same place - without an answer.  HELP!

I don't know if this was meant for me or Kevin but this is one of a few pages I'm concerned about:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4922614/?ref_=wl_li_tt
Notice how the image appears in the photo gallery but not as the "featured image" if you will.

Also, I don't have IMDbPro. I'm assuming since it's free I don't need one to do this.

If you only added it in the last 48 hours then it will just be a case of waiting as not all parts of IMDb are on the same rapid update system yet.  It will take longer for a newly uploaded image to be made into the primary image and then longer still before it appears everywhere as such.
