Hi my name is Ine Holsteens and I recently added my new short film to IMDB. However, the poster I uploaded is not displayed as I intended it to by IMDB. You can only see the right half of the picture unless you click on it. How do I get it adjusted (since I can't do it myself)? Thx

Ine: I see that you are talking about https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9030348/ and specifically the image at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9030348/mediaviewer/rm3896736768.

I don't actually have a solution to your problem, but I do notice that the image here is not a "poster" but just a photo from your film, and it's in a horizontal rather than a vertical format which doesn't fit into the space allotted by IMDb. Do you have a poster in a vertical format to submit instead?

If not, hopefully the IMDb staff or other contributors can advise you better than I can.

Good luck!

All of your images are still frames, none are posters. You have to upload a 'poster' of the correct ratio to display the image you require that fits in the frame and becomes  your primary image.
