Primary Image Suggestion Approving

Why wour staff don't look at Primary Image Suggestion which is PLATINIUM!?

Platinum - Will be processed on the first business day after submission.

I submit many suggestions for primary images on 27 and 28 ,Estimated processing date 28-29 August 2017 , but in same days i upload a few posters , which got approved within a day .

Hi Seraphim -

Unfortunately, we have Image backlogs which our staff are currently working through. If you look at the current Processing Times page here, you will see that while our image lists are Platinum, there are still outstanding submissions, with August 27th being the oldest submissions pending review.

Since you mentioned that your submissions were made on August 27th and 28th, they are likely still pending. Please note that if you submitted images for high ranked titles, this may be why these images were processed faster than other submissions.

You dont understand i did and they reject it !!! I did for ER to change the low quality poster with one the same but with high quality and got rejected too , seems like random to me becouse other got approve .
