Problem viewing some movies

After I locate a movie I want to watch on my Win 10 PC, if I click on it sometimes I get an icon which I can select and the movie starts playing, other time I click on a movie and there is no icon to start watching the movie.  Can someone help explain why there are time that are okay and other movies not okay?

Only a few movies (compared with the million+ titles on the database) are available to view via IMDb TV. More are available on Amazon Video, but often that link has not been properly established. No other streaming services are linked at this time.
