Problem with film posters and photos not displaying.

Please go to your site settings at https://secure.imdb.com/register-imdb/siteprefs and ensure both "Always display full cast and crew credits" and "Show reference view (old title/name page layout)" are unchecked.   These options are only for people who do not want to use IMDb's latest design and features; they are unsupported and are full of bugs like this so are not recommended for general use, sorry. 

Hi, Col! It's not really fixed the problem. I tried your solution and restarted my browser, The Counterfeiters (2007) poster still doesn't show from the films main page. Also this problem just started to occur in the last few days to a week, and seems to be getting worse. Lot's of pictures on many pages not displaying properly and lots of "The image could not be loaded" pages.

Been a member for over 10 years and always used the same layout and options and never had a problem till now. Like a lot of older users I can't live with the new layout and find it a mess and all the links are hard to find, not all listed in one column on each movies page as it is on the old layout. I'm sure a lot of new users don't even realise what features are available. My niece uses the new layout for several years and when I ask her to show me where some links are, she can't find them. 

Here's an example... This move "All About Ah-Long (1989)". If you go here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098694/mediaindex it says there are 9 photos, but there are only 8 thumbnails (I actually uploaded a few posters last night). Yet click on the first one and click through the pictures and the second photo is missing with "The image could not be loaded" message. I'm finding this on a lot of pages recently. 

Thanks for the problem report.  We are unable to reproduce this here so it is likely to be a local issue, sorry.  The best things to try are (a) disable all browser plug-ins, especially any ad-blockers as these can interfere with the display of our pages (b) see if the page loads on another browser on the same system (c) see if the page loads on another system if you have access to one.  If you are still experiencing problems please let us know the details of the systems and browsers which you have tried and upload a screen-grab or two demonstrating the problem.
