Problem with image submissions

I've been contributing submissions for episodes of Adam-12. All of the images I have submitted were captured from the respective episode and are basically the same size and resolution. I've also ensured that each image is clear and without pixelation or raster lines, but some are rejected while others are accepted. I'm not asking for the rejected images to be accepted, but the reason for rejection only says "improper format". Is there a way the reason could have a little more detail as to why an image is rejected? That way I'd have a better idea of what I need to look for when choosing an image to submit.

Hi Matt, do you have the submission reference numbers for us to take a look? Thanks!

Yes, I do.

I had others originally, but I resubmitted them with other captures from the same video and they were accepted. These two particular ones were rejected twice. I'm not upset about their rejection, just hoping for a better explanation of what I need to do differently.

Thanks for the quick response.

Matt

Hi Matt.
Post the reject images. I can probably tell you why. I'm a Gold Contributor on Images.
