I am an associate producer on a film titled Bharata. I have submitted a contribution request a few times, each of which gets rejected. The rejection cites "lack of supporting evidence." It tells me to explain missing information in the box atop the title contribution page labeled "explanation for missing information." That box, however, does not exist.
Has anyone here ran into similar problems when submitting a contribution request? If so, how have you found a workaround? Thank you all!

Did you click the box "provide explanation"?
Once you click that and hit "Re-check these updates" button, you will see the box:
