Trying to add a credit to a page for a TV show. Credit is being rejected requesting information on episodes (which is not applicable). All other credits for this show say the name of the production followed by (unknown episodes)

IMDb prefers all credits to be added to episodes. If the episodes aren't listed yet, they can be added. What do you mean when you say episode information is not applicable?

You may in some cases be able to add a credit with a year or year range in the attribute field.

The existing credits may have been added when episode data wasn't required or when the title was created.

If the episode you worked is not present in the database, you will need to add it first.

To do this go to the main title page for the television show, and select "add new episode"

You'll be prompted to enter in the basic information about the episode (title, airdate, episode number, etc), and after you've added that information, you'll be given the opportunity to enter in other credits (such as cast, director, writer, plot summary, etc). You can and should add your credit on the episode at the same time.

Please note that in order for you to be able to submit an episode it must have atleast one of the following:
- Episode date
- Episode number
- Episode title

The issue you may have been experiencing is that you were missing one of the above.

Let me know if you require any further assistance.
