PROBLEMS LOGGING IN - IMDB PRO

Hi there Col,
We have a company account that works on some computers but not on others.
The two people who need it most can't seem to log on. What could the problem be?
We have tried and tested username and password and the details are correct.
It is becoming urgent as we are a film production company and need to grant access to these two individuals. HELP!!

Hi Valeria,

IMDbPro subscriptions are for individual use only. If you have the need for multiple users, please create individual subscriptions for each user.

Thank you for your response but it actually doesn't help in any way. 
We have individual accounts within the company.
This account is for one person (and their assistant logs on when needed) the actual issue is that the log in details and password as not working. Maybe I didn't explain very well that we have tried using the log in details on other computers because we are testing the log in details and they work on other computers but not on either of theirs.
I'd be grateful if you could offer some help or assistance regarding the log in issue and not on how many accounts we have.
