Problems resetting password

I tried to reset password, but it's asking for my zip code and saying it can't find my email address. However, this is the email address I have associated with my account, and the one that IMDB sends their newsletter to.

Not sure if this helps, but this is me:

I have a new movie I co-directed and would like to set up a page for it, and add it to my profile, but I can't seem to log in to do so.

Any idea on how to remedy this?

How long has this been happening? I ask because I have had this issue before. The site insisted there was no account associate with my email although I never changed it. A day later though, when I went to log in and I entered my email and password, it told me the password was wrong so I used the "forgot password" link and when I entered my email address, it miraculously told me it sent a link to that email to re-set my password. It turned out to be a temporary glitch in the system.
