Problems regarding correction of already uploaded data.

I have a few problems in updating and correcting a few mistakes.

1) I added a title along with its cast on 24/9/2013, its 9/1112013 yet the "edit" page shows "No existing Data". I know about the new guidelines but its been more than a month since I created that page.

2) I am unable to correct a few wrong "release dates" of certain episodes in a series, I have tried to correct it about 3-4 times the first being on 10/10/2013.

3) Similarly I have tried to correct the name of one particular episode, but it won't change. First try was on 10/10/2013.

4) Someone added wrong "Plot Outlines" to the titles mentioned above. The plot outlines relate to the episodes which have already been aired a long time back and are existing on IMDB.

5) I am unable to correct the season and episode numbers of two series in which I have added about 100 episodes each.

6) (Not related with the above) I am unable to get the verification code on my phone for posting into Private boards no matter how many times I try.

Links to the titles you mention and the reference numbers of the submissions would be a big help.

Do you mean it has been more than a month since you submitted it? The key is when it was accepted (when the title went live), and it can take a while for all the data to slot into place.

I have tried to correct it about 3-4 times the first being on 10/10/2013.


Then stop - resubmitting before something is rejected slows down the process.

I am unable to correct the season and episode numbers of two series in which I have added about 100 episodes each.


What do you mean by "unable"? Where does it go wrong?

6) (Not related with the above) I am unable to get the verification code on my phone for posting into Private boards no matter how many times I try.

I do not know the exact date as to when it went live but I'm pretty sure it took abot 3 to 4 days and the cast went live within 9 to 10 days.

(And the plot outline was added by someone after I changed the name and number)

It does show the actual release date, but won't delete the wrong ones.

3) It does not go wrong, I corrected the season and episode number but it won't change.

4) Thanks for the help with the authentication Issue, I will try a different number.
