Wouldn't it make sense to provide a brief paragraph about (and a link to) the Processing Times page on the front page of this Get Satisfaction forum in the right-column box "Message from IMDb.com"? It seems like many questions could be auto-answered if people looked there first.

I read the following paragraph again, and saw little to encourage a new contributor to check the Processing Times page, and how to read it.
And for a real newbie, they might have trouble identifying that particular type of change (Biography on the contribution confirmation on the post above) as "Bio: Mini Biography" on the processing times page. I'd suggest the identification on the confirmation should match exactly how it is listed on the times page.

We aim to process contributions as quickly as possible, our time to publication changes based on the type of data you are contributing. You can find more details on our processing times page. For instance, how are they to know the first 6 digits of their contribution number is the date they submitted their contribution?
