Since you posted as Alex George here, I assume this is your page that's gone missing. Did you look on the titles where you have credits to see if an Alex George is listed there?
You may want to look again, using this option (on the bottom of the right-side column), in case the credits got merged in with an adult-title actor.
Otherwise I'd suggest using this form
