Profile WIped OUT!!!

I tried to update my profile with a new card.  It FORCED me to connect to an Amazon account.  So, I created a new Amazon account, it then WIPED OUT all of my data that I entered years ago, which took me a very long time to enter.   I did not change my e-mail, but when I login, all of the data about my professional background, history, awards, bio, GONE.

I NEED this data back!  I want my bio back.  I want my history back.  I want my account restored.  How do I get it back?

I mean, this is ridiculous.  Since when do you delete someone's professional profile and force them to link to an Amazon account, and then find that DELETES all of your existing profile data?  I guess if I create an account, that's fine, but this is massively inappropriate, and all of my professional data and background are now gone and inaccessible????

This DIRECTLY affects my ability to get work!  I link to my IMDB profile in my resume and many other times, and now that profile is blank.
