Profile pictures and resume disappearance

Hello, I have created my profile using IMDB pro account for which I paid as normal. I took time to create my precise resume and bio as well as uploaded pictures. 8 days ago I changed my bio as there were some mistakes left. Now my membership has expired and the pictures and resume have disappeared from my profile and the bio stayed old with the unfixed mistakes. Does that mean that you have to keep up the membership and keep on paying every month so that your information can be visible on your profile? I thought it is possible to pay for the membership, put some information on and then it just stays there even when the membership expires, just that you can't change it anymore from then on.

No, in order to maintain the resume and photos you must maintain an active IMDbPro account. A Bio change that has been accepted and that appears on your page should not change simply because you no longer have a pro account.  You can change/update your bio section without a pro account.  I am unsure why this would have changed.  Perhaps someone with a bit more experience with Pro can explain this.

Thanks for your reply. I know, it is strange. Other people who I know and have used IMDbPro did not have any similar problems. It is just weird how the bio stayed and the pictures with resume have disappeared. And if I press on it as to upload again, it directs me to IMDbPro page to activate my account.

When did you submit the new bio?  You say it's remained unchanged.  If you've submitted within the page two weeks it might still be processing.  If longer, the new one might have been rejected.  Did you re-write it completely or just remove some items?  They don't like to just remove stuff.  If there are items that are inaccurate you can correct them but still have to submit a well-written, informative and interesting bio.
