Like IMDb treats people and new companies like suckers, like the design website is unclear, and we have paid for a service, like they are creating troubles in our business, refraining our development, creating damages, like the difficulties to put on line our company, or our works in progress, we have to associate us to sue the responsibles in a class action.

I am not sure what most of that gibberish means but IMDb primarily on screen credits. They have no obligation to do so, especially works in progress....but they do so, at no cost. So...good luck on a lawsuit.

Count me IN.

I have been hacked, my IMDB Pro page was violated, my copyrighted headshots were stolen and used by the abusers  to impersonate me, my Pro actors board has been spammed with hate, and I have been cyberstalked and my workplace revealed to the world. In one case they had an IMDB moderator named "bluefisherman" conspiring with them. These are violations of interstate stalking laws, but IMDB will not delete the offending accounts and ban their IPs, despite about 50 requests for help.

The applicable federal statute is 18 U.S.C. § 2261A:

"A person who published private, intimate images of another as a means of harassment and used an interactive computer service to do so may be charged in federal court for interstate stalking or harassment. A person who used an interactive computer service as a means of harassment may be charged in federal court for interstate stalking or harassment. A person who violates this section or section 2261A shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 5 years, in any case, or both fined and imprisoned."

The time is over for IMDB's half-measures and unresponsiveness.

Email me about the lawsuit. I am organizing with others to shed light on this tacit approval of abuse and illegality IMDB continues to willfully allow.
