Ratings: Provide List of Users with Public Ratings

The "Compared to You" feature that allows one to compare one's ratings history with public ratings histories is very useful. Unfortunately, this very useful feature does not appear to be widely known. In addition, it is time consuming to find users who have made their ratings public. It would be very helpful to provide a central list of users with public ratings histories.
