Robert Patrick as T-1000 is still the most scary villian in the franchise.
Great choice, I like how he and the special effects team put their own spin on his character. It is easy to see how The Terminator fans expectations were exceeded by both the sequel movie, Terminator 2: Judgment Day and by the new T model, Robert Patrick as a T-1000.
Arnold Schwarzenegger as a T-800 aka Carl in Terminator: Dark Fate
IMHO, probably one of the funnier Terminator performances, Even though the lines are delivered too straight, a bit dry and mechanical, it comes off as very much in-character.
A slight correction - Arnold played T-850 in Rise of the Machines, not T-800.

While, I understand the vote, a tad surprised the Dr. Who/Terminator combo of a Matt Smith option as T-5000 aka Alex couldn't tempt you to vote otherwise.
