My vote: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (I) (1920) - John Barrymore acting in this film is amazing.

I have surprisingly seen 5 films on the list, and while The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari is one of my all time favourites, I'll vote for the one that I'm missing that I would like to see the most: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
