If you'd like the "true story" poll to go live, could you delete "STILL ADDING/DELETING ANSWER OPTIONS, SUGGESTIONS WELCOME?" and also options 5, 21, and 22 since they haven't been released? You could add several of the movies you have listed above: they may not have as many votes but they might very well get some votes in the poll and some people like to find out about movies from polls. Also, a few of the documentaries have a fairly good number of votes.

I initially didn't feel the true story split of this poll suggestion was as ready as the fictional side. I put some additional work into it and it should be good to go now. I added a recap for each answer that details the campaign/election connection for each movie. I thought these movies had a clear connection to the topic, but it may not be obvious to some poll takers. Also, some movies have a broader scope with the campaign/election period only being one aspect. I didn't feel comfortable adding movies with under 500 votes or mixing in documentaries with biographies. So, I didn't add any titles leaving it at about twenty options. I did do a fair amount of research to ferret out prospective "true-story" campaign/election movies, but was hoping for some suggestions to round out the list. I deleted as requested the "STILL ADDING/DELETING ANSWER OPTIONS, SUGGESTIONS WELCOME?" banner and
also the upcoming options that haven't been released, as I thought this half would be viable in a future election cycle or when another true-story related movie made it timely.
