Great list, but there is a typing error - Agnès Varda is a she, not he.
I also thought for a moment that you have included Christopher Plummer twice as an error, but then understood he actually holds two records. Overall a really inspiring list: it shows that no matter what the situation, effort often gets recognized.

Thanks, I fixed the Agnès Varda cut-n-paste mistake.
No, each entry represents a different role/project/award/nomination that broke a record or group of records. I prefer listing a single act that broke two or three records as one answer option. If poll takers are voting for the role/project/person, it consolidates them all down to one simple answer option. It works nicely for everyone that had one act that broke 1-3 records and simplifies the poll.
Christopher Plummer is a bit different, as he holds both the Oldest Winner and Oldest Nominee as a supporting actors, as well as the same two records across all acting categories If he had won for All the Money in the World all four records would be for the same performance and there would only one answer option for him. As it stands, the role he is the oldest winner predates his oldest nominated role, hence two options for two different roles that lead to different groups of records.

"Best Supporting Actor" should be removed from #9.

'Good poll! James Ivory, Christopher Plummer, Justin Henry or Tatum O'Neal. I can't help thinking that if Brooklyn Prince, from 'The Florida Project,' had been nominated for the Lead Acting category, like I, and many other critics and movie-goers, thought she should have been, she would have been six years old. 'Amazing.
