Public/Private imdb lists

Hi all,

I have set long ago my IMDB lists as public (I never changed), but approximately a month ago, my friends told me that appear as 'private'

anyone can help me?

and selecting 'lists' in the top right.

If you have only just set your lists to display as public, it may take a short while for the lists to become visible to other users. If this is the case, please allow up to 48 hours for the lists to become available.

Could you please fix them.
I saw a similar post and you guys seem to have resolved the problem by updating the user's account. Here is the post I'm talking about:
