Question about How to Get Away with Murder episode title

Before it aired, episode 4.10 of How to Get Away with Murder (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt7854372/) underwent a title change. It was previously called "She Keeps Secrets". On January 19th, I changed it to the new correct title "Everything We Did Was for Nothing", linking the ABC press release with the title change information. The change went through within 24 hours. However, today I'm actually watching the episode and I noticed that it is now back to "She Keeps Secrets".

My update was: 180117-210725-463000

I'll change it back again tonight but seems a little odd that it was allowed to change without looking at the data from the previous change to show my change was correct.
