Question or help on credits disappearing

This is something that I do not understand. Sometimes credits just disappear as one did in my case without any explanation from anyone at IMDB. Also sometimes when adding a credit it never does appear and there may be a reason but they never let us know. In my case with this recent credit I have a contract and could prove the singers job for "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt". On another credit back from 1991 I believe, where they have me listed as uncredited yet I have the contract to prove that I played a certain role. But somehow the site does not allow a person to contact anyone at IMDB and try to figure out how to correct things. It seems they make these decisions without letting anyone know. Would appreciate any help. Thank you

Do you have any 18 Digit reference numbers, or have you even resubmitted the removed credits?

Resubmitted...but nothing yet. Singers are listed as an attribute that you can choose besides uncredited, but they are usually not given screen credit....proof is only the contract. But still IMDB doesn’t respond.

A credit being listed as uncredited only means that you did not have a screen credit, not that you did not do the work.

Yes I did understand that...but Singers are listed as an attribute that you can choose besides uncredited, but they are usually not given screen credit....proof is only the contract. But still IMDB doesn’t respond.

I don't quite understand about the singer attribute.

If you give details about any missing credits and any submissions you have made, users or IMDb staff can help with solve it.

Thank you.went to that site and this is all I got: “Unfortunately we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided. Please see our Help Site for further information or details on how to contact us."
They’re is no way to contact them except here and they don’t respond. I have a contract, I’ve seen the episode, and I get nothing back from them ...thus no way to help my cause. Really terrible customer service. No way to get their help. And yes there is a singer attribute, but now they don’t even accept it if I put it thru as uncredited.
They really are not helpful.
